What is the best way to keep the wiring plug in the drivers door from coming apart? Every so often I have to take off my panel, speaker, and try to get my hands in there and push the stupid connector back together.

Its annoying when my other 3 doors don't lock and that speaker won't work. My hands are to big to go through the grommet from the fender and its hard going through where the speaker is. Last month it took me a good 25 minutes to get a zip tie around the connector in the freezing cold and now it looks like that didnt help.
