hey im trying to remove the rubber molding on the top of my crx.

what do i have to do to remove it? do i need a special tool to remove them? i am planning on replacing with new rubber moldings from honda.

also, how can i remove the rubber molding around the sunroof? i am planning on replacing it with a new one also? any info will help. thanx.!
