Default Aftermarket Valve Seals

I have a gsr motor, and the valve seals that came with the head gasket kit is all the same sizes.
I understand that there is supposed to be two different sizes, for intake and for exhaust valves.
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried to install them by a professional, and do they actually work.
Any input would be nice.

Examine the top of the valve seals. They should have a diff color in a spot to determine which side they go on. Or just try searching online for those valve seals. If all else fail call the manufacture of those valve seals

" Next determine which valve stem seal it is that you're going to install. A black spring around the valve stem seal means it goes on the exhaust side. A white or silver spring on the valve stem seal means that it goes on the intake side. They are not to be interchanged. The stem diameter on the intake side is bigger than the stem on the exhaust side and if you mix them up, your exhaust side will leak and your intake side will wear faster than normal. "

It does say its different. Is that what your trying to tell me??
Other than that, i dont need a how to install. Has anyone ever tried using same sized valve stem seals?

Here are the valve stem dimensions. They are close. I suspect the material is different for the temperature bias. The Helm manual instructs to not exchange them.

Intake:
5.475 - 5.485 (0.2156 - 0.2159)
Exhaust:
5.450 - 5.460 (0.2146 - 0.2150)

thank you so much for the measurements.

Do you guys think that if all 16 valve stem seals were sized for the exhaust valves, will it possibly fit over the intake valves and not wear out the intake valves but only wear out the valve stem seals?

If all points to just buy new quality seals, which brand should i go with? im planning on running supertech valves, and i see supertech has stem seals.

I have read and read and read on this topic multiple times. I went to the fel pro website and they have an entire article about their valve stem seals controversial difference between Honda OE recommendation and their refined aftermarket product. The OEM seals have a different heat tolerance on exhaust and intake as where aftermarket seals new material is adapt for both intake and exhaust...
