Can I use Urethane Painsts with Acrylic Lacquer paints?

Is it possible to use Acrlylic lacquer primer with Urethane base coat and then Acrlylic lacquer clear coat ontop?

It may be unstable never tried it myself , i use sealer primer and a decent clear so i dont get the chips in the clear from small rocks.
