Default Please help....

I recently replaced my filler neck to my gas tank in my ef,Now I can only put in $5-10 worth of gas before it overflows? There seems to be no pressure in the tank/Gas line.I drained the whole tank of gas and put some "Fresh" gas in thinkin it was a dirty gas tank clogging it or something but no luck.Any help would be greatly appreciated,Thanks Matt
