Torque wrench-go to Sears tomorrow and join the Craftsman Club and get discount on torque wrench (I think it is on the list). Then proceed to buy for about $55 a click type 1/2" drive torque wrench rated for 20-250 foot pounds. This covers virtually every bolt on a Honda.
Honda lug nuts are to be tightened to 80 foot pounds in a criss cross (4 bolt) pattern and in a star pattern criss-crossed for 5 lug wheels.
As to doing the suspension the big bolts on the rear bottom of the shocks are usually the hard ones to get loose. The front fork bolt on the bottom can also be difficult on an older car. The ones that are hard to remove are those on the top as getting to them is not always much fun. The upper retaining nuts are to be torqued to 28 foot pounds.
Good luck-get a spring compressor and jackstands and enjoy.
