I'm very new to Preludes and was wondering what it would take to run 13s in one all motor. I see people running 14s with an intake and I wanted to know how much you would have to do to run a high 13. Also do you think i could run 13s with AEM CAI, Mugen Headers, Apexi N1 catback, Hi-Flow Cat, Crower Stage 2 cams, Skunk2 cam gears, and tuning? Thanks.

i think it would be pretty damn close to a high 13....just my opinion

 

i think if you have a 4th gen...its easier..especially 4th gens with a JDM swap...there are a few people myself included that are right at 13s now...im only a teth away, and my trap speeds are enough for 13s..ive got i/h/e/vafc/cam gears/ecu....thats it...nothing internal done, and im running 14.1 @ 99 almost 100 mph..thats full interior, if i really wanted to i ccould strip my car and run 13s, but im not into all that..peace

what kinda tires are you running to get those times dude? just z-rated street tires?

ive run on street tires and drag radials...however my 60 ft times havent improved...on a rare occasion ill pull a 2.1 but usually 2.2s..same as street..and the street tires i have arent even V rated...theyre just regular old tires...im going to the track this week in my goal to hit 13.9..my traps are high enough i just need to hook...peace
