No one wants my car, so what do I need to get started
This is what I have, and I figured it was a good start. i would like to do track days and local autoX events and just get the hang of it. I have been around Hondas for years, but just in the drag racing scene. I love the idea and just want to see how it goes.
The specs of the car are listed below in the F/S thread: Any Comments are welcome.
I know I need more or less suspension upgrades. Do i need a cage?
What class would I be racing in.
Any help is great thanks guys
I am from the Eastern Pa area, so help me out with websites and fees, what is this going to cost me

Before you do anything, do nothing at all. It doesn't matter what you've got, you're allowed to run. If you do SCCA then right now your car should be legal for ST class. This is where you'll see a lot of imports running. Find an event local to you and go and run. Figure out if it's something you actually like before you spend money on the car or strip the interior like the other guy said. You can also put a for sale sign in the window!

I know it has been said, but I'll say it again to make sure it gets through. Just get seat time, leave the car alone. Enjoy, it is expensive and a very slippery slope.
