Posibble Negative Grounding Block problem...this little unit is located under the carpet where your the dead pedal is place...has 13-15 wires run into it all are grounds!!!!3 of those grounds are for your power windows and wipers..their corroded to ****...check it and solder them together problem fixed!

Horrid location for such an important unit!!!
