VOLKS: Sold.
HID Headlights ($850 shipped)- OEM LHD HID lights, aimed the correct way for US roads. Complete assembly, nothing to take apart, it just works. OEM, not aftermarket, fantastic quality with no worries. HARNESS fits '04-'05 Civic Si. '02-'03 will need to modify harness to work.
PROJECTOR lights instead of your stock halogen lights! Took me over a year to source these.
STOCK lights:

It appears the wheels are about to find themselves a new home, but the headlights are still in search of new owners.
