How can i disconnect the seat belt buzzer in my car. It comes on randomly while driving and will not stop once it starts. Whats Up ?

i had the same problem in my civic wagon. i just went underneath the dash behind the center console there was a black box with 2 green plugs. i unplugged those and the beeping stopped and the seatbelt turned off. but i the power seatbelts would not work but they didnt work anyway for me so i didnt care.

 

Check your horn fuse

 

What is your car? Most likely the buzzer is up by the rear view mirror. Pull that casing down, carefully or the tabs will break off. Then just disconnect the adaptor up there and you're good! Had the same problem in my 91 civic.

 

or just go under the seat and unplug it from there

 

yeah I just went under the seat and unplugged mine cause the same problem kept annoying me. It's a simple plug right under the seat and bam your done.
