Default d16y5 intake manifold

I want to swap out my y7 intake manifold and have found a y5. I know this is identical to the d16y8 except for the egr. I wanted to know how to bypass this and if anyone had any pics of this done to their car. I have been searching for awhile and I dont know if i am putting in the wrong keywords or what. I will keep searching as well while I hopefully get an answer for this.

bypass the EGR valve like all the F/H-series guys do, swap the valve out for a block off plate and be sure you're using a computer that's not looking for it (your stock Y7 ECU isn't looking for it )

i don't know if the F/H-series plates fit the Y5, but they are simple to make. i made one for my H23 manifold from some scrap aluminum.
