Default My Civic

I have a 1998 Honda Civic LX
Still going to do some work on it.
Just showing the progress I have made.
Just wanted some opinions on my car and suggestions.

Currently sitting on some 17" rims.
Should I lose them or drop on those?
I still need to paint the lip, grille and side skirts.

Going to get this exhaust welded on soon.

you need to use img tags. take the link to your image..

example: http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h6...0214001718.jpg

and add tags [img]https://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h60/elementboi2210/0214001718.jpg[/imgX]

just like that, minus the X.

IMO go with 15x7 or 16x7, and a quality coilover system.

i wasn't talking about the intake. the intake is just fine, i actually hate seeing people spend $200 on intakes.

i am talking about the super fake type r lip, and fake CTR headlights and the fake grill that doesn't fit. don't take me the wrong way i'm not trying to be a dick but when fitment comes into play you can't beat the real thing. Knock off parts that fit poorly throw off the lines of the car so much and hurt it's overall appearance greatly.

The headlights I did myself for like $5. Haha. The lens are just really dirty.
The grill fits I just didn't hook it up to the bumper properly.
The lip is just a lip.

this is what i'm talking about, things like this will begin to bother you eventually because like it or not if you are into this hobby for the long haul the things that were never a big deal before become a huge deal. i circled in red the points where the lip just doesn't flow, it is not made for this front end. it is designed for the 99-00 civic fronts. if you like it that's fine, it's your car. i am just giving my opinion and afterall, if you didn't want opinions you would have never posted.

I appreciate the opinion.
The lady gave me a 99 one instead of the 98 one. Haha.

the 98 type r lip looks way different then that i would get a real one or one from VIS or something. the 96-98 are way different than the 99-00.

anyways go with some 15s or 16s done drop until you change the wheels

oh and dont take any of this personally. everybody gets flamed at one point or another. what forcefedferio is trying to say is dont build your car with cheap parts now because it may satisfy you as of now but in the future you will wish you would have put quality parts on your car
