Default Crower Cam Timing

Ok my buddy has a B16a and has upgraded to Crower 63402-2 cams and full valve train. we dont have access to any degreeing kits and want to install these correctly. He is also running AEM cam gears that can help. any links or knowledge is greatly appreciated!

so far all we know from their site is their durations

Advertised Duration
Int- 311 mid
Exh-308 mid

Duration @ .050"
Int- 255 mid
Exh-248 mid

Gross Lift w/1.55
Int- 466 mid
Exh-466 mid

RECOMMENDED VALVE SPRING INFORMATION:

Approximate spring pressure: valve closed: 050/055 LBS.

The information below is for degreeing cam only. Correct only at .050" tappet lift.

Duration at .050" Intake: 255
Exhaust: 248
LOBE LIFT Intake: .301

If using "Lobe Center" method of degreeing, cam should be installed on an intake centerline of: 97º

NOTES:

B-1545 EXHAUST
SB2 HEAD AND BLOCK CAM CORE 50 MM
CYL 1,7,2,8, ON A 110 LC.
CYL 3,4,5,6, ON A 108 LC.

Cams damaged by excessive spring pressure, over shimming, valve train bind or retainers contacting the guides are void from warranty. Refer to the "Important Camshaft and Lift Information" booklet included with each new Crower camshaft to avoid any break-in problems.
