Its an ebay kit but says it comes with a turbonetics turbo. Cant be that shitty of a kit as long as it comes with a quality turbo, right?

 

save a lil more money and just buy a good kit. you'll be happier in the long run. go-autoworks kits go for 2100. you're almost there.

 

Never even heard of them I was looking at one of their manifolds I will check out the kits thanks.

this kit is not bad but over priced IMO
Deffinately go with the Go-auto works kit

 

I personally try to piece my kits together using the vast resources here. Jump on the "for sale" or the "forced induction classifieds" threads, and see what you can get going there. Just make sure you know what you are buying. You do take the risk of getting shady parts, but usually you can check someones rep. to tell wether or not they are that type.

 

Would you buy a spit-shined, dirty needle because you got a good deal on it? That's what comes to mind when i see this chromed-out ebay turbo kits...personally i wouldn't buy one

 

I wouldn't trust that turbo as far as I could throw it. Prob a cheap Chinese copy stamped "turbonetics".

 

I agree, there's already cheap chinese made rebuilt garrett turbos so I wouldn't be surprised if this is a chinese copy either. alot of fakes/replica out there on ebay.

 

the turbo looks exactly like mine i have a turbonetics kit it looks like only the turbo is the real deal the rest is ebay stuff the intercooler that turbonetics uses is spearco and the pipes are powder coated and are not cheap alumimum made i pay $3000 for my kit also the couplers and clamps say turbonetics wastegate and blow off valve too

 

i actually bought this kit. got 247hp 225tq on a stock ls. still running strong since last year.
