idle fluctuation
My 1995 Integra idles from 1000 rpm to 2000 rpm constantly. I have replaced th ICV and still have a problem. If I put my finger over the hole inside the throttle body, the engine will idle perfectly. I had to replace the radiator earlier but I am certain I have removed all air from the system.
