Default difference between ITR and GSR suspension?

just wondering what the differences between the ITR springs and the GSR springs .. i realize that the ITR has the stiffer spring rate and linear front springs, but what about ride height?
also, is there any difference between JDM ITR and USDM ITR springs?

Higher spring rate, stiffer bushings, ride hight iirc is a few mm lower, thicker sway bars.
