Default GC/Koni Setups with Helper Springs

This is for those who have the GC/Koni setups in their 94-97 Accords.

Do you guys run a helper springs on the rear?

My Car when jacked up in the rear the springs always came down and I have to make sure when I jacked it down that the springs always seated properly, its kinda annoying sometimes.

Does it make a difference running a helper springs on the rear or this is a total waste of money.

It's like buying a whole new set of springs from GC plus you have to get the spacer.

Mine GC's always do that. I've got Tokico Illuminas though.

What are the helper springs/spacer you speak of?
