Looking into a Civic Si Sedan
Just got t-boned on the way from work earlier in my 99 civic. Some SUV turned into me at a traffic light and ran. Luckily s/he wasn't going at a higher speed because the door panel only caved just short of possibly ramming into me. Aside from slight lower back/hip pain, I came out fine.
Anyways, I started looking into getting a new Si sedan and was checking out the other topic about what people got for a new one. Then I came across this used 2008 on autotrader and was wondering if it was a good deal with the optional navi. According the KBB, it seemed good, but I'm new to searching for new(ish) cars.
Tell me what you think:

there's another one.... glad you came out alright.
my friend actually passed away on valentine's day from someone being on their phone and running a red light and t-boned my friend when he was making a protected left turn.
as for the car. thats not a bad deal to be honest.

Decided to look into a used 2009 for 18,000 since I like the changes they made in 2009. But that would definately be my next option since new 2010's are apparently a rare care at dealerships in Texas.
Still no word on the hit and run driver either.

looks like a good deal, but the only way to really know is to get it checked out by a licensed inspector. there are a handful of good mobile inspection companies that can assess the true condition of the vehicle. i personally would suggest aim mobile inspections since they did a great job on several cars amongst my family members. we're veteran customers. haha. hope that helps... good luck shopping!
Hey,
Just got my 2010 4dr Si black, it was the only color and car within 500 miles in North Carolina. Traded my Honda Pilot for it. Love the car, just the black is a pain in the ***!! Dealer had to give me some option goodies to get light scratches out of paint. Bought the car last Friday and had it 3 days, dealer gave me an Ex Civic loaner.
My friend bought an 08' white 4dr Si same day. Cool cars hard to get new. 2012 the new Civic Si is coming out, ready to trade.
