So I got a hold of a JDM ITR transmission, unfortunately, the gear clusters on it are pretty much done. I was thinking I could save the LSD and final drive from it, but my question on that would be compatible is it compatible with the USDM b16 from a b16A3? I know that in order to use the parts from the ITR transmission I would have to use the both the final drive and differential together, not one or the other, but would I be able to use them with the gear cluster off from the b16 transmission. Also, would I then be able to use the LS 5th gear on it once I do that, assuming it is possible to use the two parts?
