Default What kind of bushings to use with BLOX LCA

I am looking to buy at set of Blox LCAs but want to replace the bushing right from the start. Do I replace them with stock bushings? Will energy suspension bushing work also?

Just buy these. And they press in and out pretty easy.

I tried using energy suspension bushing in blox lcas and they did not fit. I tried to do the same thing that you are planning, buy cheap LCAs and put nice bushings in them. I don't think there are any off the shelf parts that will work. The blox's bushing diameter is the same as stock but the actual control arm is narrower so any poly bushing made for a stock LCA won't fit correctly.

Why would you buy them just to immediately replace the bushings? That seems asinine.

Just get F7 arms. They come with specially made ES bushings, and if those bushings ever wear out, F7 will just send you another set.

if the diameter is the same use a cut off wheel, grinder or razor knife and cut to fit.

Hardrace is another option, as is OEM.

For myself I already had a complete bushing kit and wanted a to switch LCAs to save a few pounds. If I could put the bushings into a set of $69 ebay LCAs it would be almost as good as a $200 premade alternative.

Yes the hole diameter is the same. But the actual LCA is narrower, so to make it fit you would need to enlarge the shoulders of the bushing.
