2005 Lotus Elise Touring/Sport
I'm testing the waters on my 2005 Lotus Elise. It is a Touring/Sport pack model with dual oil coolers, a/c, upgraded stereo, and forged wheels/sport pack suspension. Car currently has 51,000 miles on it and I do daily drive it on non heavy snow days so it will go up.
Car was in a accident at 30k miles. Was bought and front and rear clam repaired, it has a rebuilt title. Have pics of the rebuild process for anyone seriously interested.
Imperfections
Crack in windshield
Rock chips on side sill/rear and a few on front lip (no starshield)
Scraped front under the chin from driveway exit/enter
Crack in drivers door sill from exit/enter
Blend door intermittent operation
*Clutch slipping higher gears
ABS light needs reset at dealer

*New in box Lotus sport Exige S clutch kit

New front brakes
New blower motor resistor
Hardtop
Soft top
Car is a blast to drive, I drive it sometimes 150miles a day to work, gym, and home. Never tracked it but intend to when it gets warm. Clutch is slipping in higher gears, and new one is planned on going in but not in a hurry to as I don't drive it hard. Car is not perfect, not a garage queen, it's a drivers car and priced accordingly.
Not looking for trades, just need cash right now. Looking at another car.
Car is located near southern Indiana/Kentucky border. I'm not a mobile car lot and will NOT drive to show the car. Sorry, been burnt too many times.

i think 99% of the people looking at a lotus realize already that these cars arnt built to go in a straight line.....
