some sidemarker questions.
so i plan on installing some sidemarkers on my dc soon and was wondering how would i go about on wiring the wires on the sockets?
because a lot of sidemarkers i see for sale don't include the "pigtails".
and some shops dont even include the bulb or socket. would it be cheaper ust to get these and buy my own sockets and bulbs??

i bought some plug and play harness for my sidemarkers here on H-T about two years ago. No wiring needed. try to find it if you dont want to do any wiring. but they only blink when you're signaling or have your E lights on. most people wire them so they light up all the time when they turn on their corner lights and headlights
yahh well i was planing on wiring them myself because i want them on all the time. but i already figured out how to do that, what im trying to figure out is how to do the wiring on the sidemarker itself. and if i need a certain type of socket or something.
Wiring them to only light up with the turn signals/hazards is the correct way to run them. When I see them lit up around at night I can't help but think the driver is a trendy rice pilot, lol. To each his own.
Finding them with pigtails should be pretty easy, check local shops!
