'94 Civic EX was down for over a year, when I put it back together, I put in new clutch, PP, and FW... everything on the car is bone stock. I'm not a Honda guy at all but I suspect the ISB needs replacing. Can anyone help diagnose with this video? I can't get it to make the noise on command, and sometimes I can drive it several miles without any noise. It happens in every gear and at any given RPM provided I put a load on the car.
