ef with B16a: code 20,31, and 41 need help :=(

ef with B16a: code 20,31, and 41 need help :=(
i have a b16 on my ef, it was throwing me a code 9 so i replaced my dizzy with a obd1 dizzy and updated my ecu with a cherry P28, but know its giving me code 20,31, and 41 can i get some help on how i could fix that or something. thanks
