thats correct. the second one you can block off. no use unless your using your evap purge. and the first one on the left i believe goes to your fuel pressure regulator or the tall-can looking canister that is on your left side of your eng compartment.

well if you mean the charcol canister then there is alredy one going to it from the throtal body and i have another hook up for the brake booster but if i have nothing else that needs to be hooked up then i can plug all these up and not have any problems and also i have a idleing problem i have changed my idle control valve and fixed my hose problem then what could be causing my idle problem?

does it have a fast idle valve on the bottom of the throttle body ? if yes, take the intake pipe n look inside the throttle and you should be able to see a hole inside. put your finger on the bottom hole and it should change your idle.

hook up the vacuum lines same as the DOHC ZC - cap off the nipples on the back of the intake manifold - they go to things you don't need that were on the firewall on the Integra - the line from nipple on the left in your picture goes to the idle up valve - the one on the right also goes to the idle up valve - the smaller one in the middle goes to vacuum tank and tees off to the resonator control solenoid valve - this is the ZC vacuum diagram:

this is the 89 Integra D16A1 vacuum diagram - the items on the firewall which aren't labeled are, from left to right:
MAP sensor
purge cut-off solenoid valve
resonator control solenoid valve
idle up solenoid valve
idle up valve
vacuum tank
