hydro B16 trans w 3.307 1st?
I searched & couldn't find anything on this, which is surprising because I know someone has to have come across this at some point
so anyways I get this trans in need of a rebuild off this kid awhile back, he says its a B16 trans or so he thinks. I do think I vaguely remember him saying it came out of his buddy's delsol. So I get it apart, and it is all B16 gearing, only somehow with a 3.307 countershaft 1st (43t). At first I was assuming it was a cable 1st someone swapped in, but after further investigation I did find that the 92-93 gsrs and del sol vtecs used the same mainshaft, pn 23210-PS1-N01, and 1st gear pn 23421-PS1-N00. 13t/43t=3.307
spec lists need to be changed everywhere

It is definitely 3.307. I counted the teeth myself. I've got a picture of this somewhere.
3.3077 = 43/13
3.2308 = 42/13

The 3.307 ratio is from the F/H transmission. This thread below covers details about the similarities between the B/F/H-series transmissions. Looks like Honda didn't introduce the 3.2308 ratio until ~1998.
Even though the mainshaft has 13T for 1st gear on these transmissions, you cannot mix and match or the gears will destroy themselves. If you have '95 Del Sol B16A3 mainshaft you cannot use a 42T countershaft 1st gear (3.23) from newer B16 / Type R trans.
