Default EM2 Crew HELP!

Ok, I researched these questions with no luck
Any help provided will b much appreciated!
Thanks in advance

#1 Will 14" hx wheels fit on an 01 EM2? I'm not sure what size the oem wheels are, this is my 1st car newer than 00 so I'm not as familiar with these as EG, EK, DC, etc

#2 When I was driving it home I lost some dash lights. My cluster lights and most of the dash lights just went out on me. I believe I also lost the tail lights. I've been told that this is a common problem with the EM2, and that there is a technical service bulliten on it...anyone know what might be causing it?
Btw, its not the fuse, I pulled the fuse under the hood and it blew 3 more as soon as I turned the lights on...I'm no electrical engineer, but I think I got a short any suggestions?

1. I have seen 14" wheels on an EM2, although they weren't Civic HX wheels. They were Integra Starburst wheels, seen here.

Both wheels (HX and Starburst) are 14x5.5" so I would imagine that the HX wheels will fit. I could be wrong, though. It happens.

2. Common? I dunno 'bout that one. I don't see much of it on here, at least.

A short would definitely be the prime suspect considering it keeps blowing the fuse. The fun part will be sourcing it.

Which number (or component) fuse does it keep blowing?? That could possibly help narrow the source.
