i have a 98 honda civic ex stock everything except legit intake and head unit all wired professionally but car previously had a alarm installed that is now disabled but still in car itself. so my question is: it has been idling low when stopped while driving and i took it to a shop today to have an 02 sensor replaced and he said my amps where jumping all over the place from 2 to 9 when battery load tested.
also lights on lower rpms for a moment. BUT alternator and battery are both newER and he said those werent the problem.

so where would i start trying to find this issue?

mechanic told me to start with cleaning the throttle body or something along those lines and that throttle pedal almost feels like its sticky. so i need all the advice possible on where to start with this, my car is my only source or transportation so i need help quick!
