Used Tien SS or Brand new koni yellow/GC?

Title says it. Some guy local has 6 month used Tien Super Streets for 700, or buy brand new koni yellows/GC for 800.

Which one should i get?

Brand new Koni Sports can easily last well over 100K miles. I have over 180K on mine. I would not expect those Teins to last nearly that long.
