I'll start, early 90's volvo front lip onto EF sedan. Perfect curves but required some trimming. (too long)

 

Volkswagen/ Audi rims painted bronze, and 1st gen Mazda Mx-6 front lip

 

im gonna hit up pick a part sometime pretty soon. I'm sure there is an armrest that will "fit" into an eg and look pretty decent.

 

Hey, where did you find all amber 90-91 corners?

 

you can find them on ebay. i have a crx with a mk2 jetta lip and miata daisies that im working on i will post pics later

 

FACT: there is no aftermarket or OEM ALL amber corner lights for the 90-91 civic sedan.

If you can find a set of these, you'de be proving a LOT of people on HT wrong.

 

Hey, 4g4d, do you know what model your lip came off of? My local pick-a-part has a crap ton of Volvo's, especially with early 90's models.

 

Im gonna look it up right now, its annoying that i dont even know what i took it from.

Nice!! I do believe my pick-a-part has that model there. Not sure if it has the bumper or not. Do you know if the lip is held on by like little prongs just like that VW Jetta lip is? And how well does it fit the corners of the bumper? I know my MK3 Jetta lip doens't fit to well on the corners

Edit: So the Volvo 940 and that kind of stuff is virtually the same?

 

My car. 91 ED Hatch with an MK3 Jetta lip. (93-98, I believe the VR6 ones are wider than the regular models) I have an 88-89 bumper now which it looks a lot cleaner with. I hate the 90-91 bumpers and trim. Ugly pieces of **** lol.

 

Nothing crazy but I was at a local muffler shop to change my rusted out exhaust pipe and another customer was adding a custom exhaust to his cadillac CTS. I asked him for the tip from the OEM CTS exhaust and this was the result....

 

Its held on by multiple screws just like the factory lip that would come with an EF. I actually used the volvo hardware to match everything up. BUT, it also has some "clips" near the center of the lip where the "vent" is located.

Most of the screw holes were in the same place as my bumper, a few i drilled just to make sure everything was tight against the bumper.

The corners are damn near perfect....here is another pic.

06 Subaru sti rear diffuser.

 

It would be nice to see a listing of cars with similar interiors as the 4th, 5th, and 6th gen civics(since these seem to be the most popular). There has to be center consoles, armrests, single din cup holders, or seats that would fit from other models.
