Default FS: 2002 EP3 JRSC-R SoCal

SOLD!

Vin#SHHEP33562U303622

SUPERCHARGED!! (I should have updated this in the title because it seems that people don't know what JRSC means. JRSC= Jackson Racing Supercharger. The "R" stands for the Race Kit.)

2002 Civic Si with less than 106k miles. Original owner. Tuned at Church's to clean air/fuel ratio. It lays down 230whp and can be tuned for more. After he cleaned the air/fuel, the belt started slipping towards the top end. Since then, I resolved the belt slip by going to a larger idler pulley and smaller belt. I haven't taken it back for additional tuning.

Here's the mod list: JRSC-R with 3.8" Pulley, deburred and polished inside of SC manifold, Maxbored TB, P2R TB gasket, Hondata IM gasket, KPro, Injen SP1576 3" CAI, DC race header, T1R midpipe, Fujitsubo RM-01A axle back, ESMM inserts, Neuspeed FSTB, Mugen Sport Suspension, SPC rear camber kit, Rota C8's, 205/50/16 BFG G-Force, Seibon CF Mugen Replica hood with functional vents, JDM front bumper and lip, 8k HID and Ipod connection. Recently replaced battery and just aligned all 4 tires.

It crushes me to sell this car. The reason for selling is because I'm expecting a child and I drive over 4k miles a month. I recently purchased a Prius for the extra doors and commute. Selling this to save up for the baby. I have extra parts that I planned to install and will be happy to toss some to the new owner if they're fair. That means, no lowballers. Extra parts are: Progress rear sway bar/tie bar combo, Skunk2 Stage 1 cams/valvesprings/retainers, 6 speed tranny, kevlar clutch, 11lb flywheel and more.

The car has a few dings and chips. Most of the miles are highway. This car has been everywhere. Ohio, Chicago, KC, and everywhere in between. It's an awesome car and I'll truly miss it.

BTW, I DO NOT DRAG RACE IN THIS CAR. I prefer to corner. Contact me for more info. $9.5k OBO. NO TRADES....except I'll take a motorcycle + $7k.

Accident info: I rear ended someone at about 5mph, which is why I replaced the front bumper to JDM. Also, someone hit me a few years back from behind. He was behind me and let his clutch out while waiting for the light to turn green. It only made an impression of his license plate bolt though I made him file a claim and repair it through insurance. I know, I'm a dick. Haha.

Thank you.

I have a strong interest, but not at my asking price. FYI, to transfer the ownership, I'm certain the DMV will request a smog check. The car will not pass smog obviously, but I'll get the smog check by the time of sale. That cost I take out of the selling price. It's not cheap by the way.

Thanks for the bump.

Also forgot to mention, buyer also gets the option of keeping the OEM parts I kept; Airbox, header, exhaust and springs.

I thought JRSC were smog-legal. Is it the all the other stuff that will make it not pass smog?

I have the Race Kit installed (JRSC-R) which is not smog-legal in Cali. Also, it has a race header, so no catalytic converter. Another thing about the JRSC-R, I'm running a 3.8" pulley which increases boost over a standard JRSC-R. Other parts that aren't CARB legal (smog) are the 3" CAI, T1R midpipe and Fujitsubo Exhaust. I am taking care of smog for the new owner so the DMV transfer goes smoothly.

Sorry for the delayed reply. Haven't been on the site since my last post.

The car has A/C and runs ice cold. Stock clutch also. I've never dumped the clutch. Clutch is smooth and I've seen EP3 owners run the stock clutch up to 200k. I also have a Clutchnet Carbon Kevlar clutch, pressure plate and lightened flywheel. I never installed them because I was planning on building a 6 speed tranny I have and install everything at once.

evening bump.

Thanks for the trade offers guys, but it's too late. I bought a 4 door. I'm just looking to sell unless it's an offer I can't refuse. My girl would love a Mini Cooper Clubman or BMW X3. Hahaha

I keep getting PM's about trades. Guys, I already bought a 4 door. I thought about it and if someone wants to trade something to offset the price, I'll take a motorcycle + $7k cash (or more depending on the bike).
