Ha i really dont know what to replace as this is my first b18c1. And places i can go to get the parts. IM kinda on a buget because i just bought the car. If all you had was a small rod knock, then just buy the bearings, a gasket set, some new rings, and call it good. Take the block into a machine shop to have them clean it, hone the cylinders, and check the oil pump out. Take them the head for cleaning, test valves for leakage, and change the valve seals. This process shouldn't take you more than a day from start to finish.
