Default Front motor mount

I want to do the skunk2 DIY motor mount mod. I just don't know exactly what part to fill. Looking at the skunk2 video wasn't enough for me to identify exactly what i have to take apart and fill.

If anyone has done this mod or know exactly what to take apart please chime in!

thanks in advance

you take the actual motor mount off the car. as in the piece with the rubber bushing in it. and i used a piece of cardboard with some aerospace grade lithium assembly grease i got from work and placed it on one side of the motor mount and used duramax 40/40 epoxy to fill in the spaces in the motor mounts. and me and my friend waited an hour and u just take the cardboard off and wipe the grease off and it should be solid. then you re-install the mount and you're done. it works great on my friends ep3 when i did it.

my job gets them in bulk. they use them on our planes. i managed to get a hold of a tube that was expired by dcma standards, but not manufacturer standards so it was still good.

O ok! It's right below the dog bone. This should be pretty easy then.

I heard some people put the mount in the oven? I take it that this isn't a must do?
