Would i be able to get red leather seats that are just like the ones in the S2000 or possibly even the S2000 seats themselves to fit into my 2001 prelude?

May have to change the railing, but it should work. I was thinking of doing the same thing or either get RSX seats, but decided not to cause I was able to get a good deal on some leather seats for my car
