OEM alarm question using a pilot key on a prelude

i have 97 prelude without an oem alarm and i was considering buying the honda pilot key (switchblade key) but i would also like an oem alarm installed to. would i come across any obstacles using the pilot key on my prelude??

You would have to get the complete system out of a pilot. Not worth it.
