This guy scammed me out of a 99 itr exhaust camshaft. Long story short first he wanted a check because he didn't have paypal. So I sent a personal check but had to cancel payment on it because he said he had no way to cash it?? That should have been my first warning sign. Then all of a sudden he does have paypal-so I make payment to him through paypal which he then proceeds to tell me he doesn't have a bank account so he is having paypal send him a check. So now today 2 weeks into this cluster of a transaction he emails me and tells me that he just noticed its not an itr cam so go ahead and contact paypal to get your money back.
I told him to do the right thing and refund my money and thats when deceipt reared it's ugly head and he said he didn't have the money and couldn't refund it. For me to take the time and write this up....it's just sad that there is scum like this that ruins it for everybody else.
So stay away from this guy if he's selling any parts or cams cause he's a liar and a thief. I'm also hoping payback comes his way and hopefully some bad Karma. Who knows may take a ride up to Bar Harbor and do some site seeing this summer.
Frank it's too bad your a piece of trash,a liar and a thief cause you are the douchbags that give Honda Tech a bad name and ruin for all the helpful and honest people on here.

sooo...he pretty much isn't even gonna try to get the money to you...at all? You can contact his local PD and forward the emails and Paypal dispute to them. It's a hit or miss shot if they'll even attempt to help you. Sorry he ****ed you over....this is why i don't deal on internet b/s/t sections.

 

Usually not my style to do something like this but he's selling some stuff on here and I got screwed but maybe I can keep someone from getting ripped off by a thief.

Sorry to hear this man. But it will come back on him, it always does whether we see it happen or not, its just always sweeter if you get to see it. People living lives full of deceit, lies, dis-honesty go no where and dig there self a bigger and deeper **** heap.

 

Totally agree with you bro. Just freaking ruins it for everybody. Was hoping by me dragging his name through the mud he would read/see it and try to address or correct the situation but he must be a bigger

Whats sad is the amount of people that don't care what people think about them or their name, and a huge negative reputation doesn't bother them. Those people never stop because they simply don't care. I think the only way to deal with those kinds of people(including this guy) is to take them out back in the woods, beat the tar out of them and leave them for the wolves to snack on.

 

Well since you mailed him a check, file a police report and bring him up on charges of mail fraud. Since he used the USPS to perpetrate fraud, there is something like a $10000 fine and 5 yrs in prison for this type of fraud. Take all your emails with you to the police station and stick to your guns, they might try and blow you off at first.
