single bend or duel bend?

what's the difference between a single bend and duel bend short shifter?

the bend bring the shifter towards the rear of the car. much more comfortable.

the factory shifters on 94-01 integras were dual bend

just installed my S2 dual bend today. it was fairly easy, even for someone like me who doesn't know a lot about cars. it only took me 2hrs.
i have to say that i'm all ready lovin it. thanx for the input.

i would also like to add that i noticed that shifting got stiffer. should this be normal?
