What does this tell you???
95 civic ex. d16z6
5 spd
running super slow...
cuts out i high rpms
5 cranks each cylinder
Sorry pics got mixed up when sending to my email dk wich it wich cylinder
any ideas as to why? and what i should check on?

Compression looks a bit low but it would'nt make the engine cut out at higher RPM's. I would look elsewhere for the source of the problem. Any codes? Better description of "cutting out"?
nah no codess..=/ it just cuts out...i mean it does seem like a fuel or spark problem...it just takes a hard jerk at about 6500 wont go up any higher....also i forgot engine wasnt warm either=/ so that might be why there so low...but even throughoyut the whole rpm range its just slow....almost like the non vtec automatic...no lie...i have another vtec civic too and its probly like 4 seconds faster same mods....tried both ecus...no problems there...and dizzys...both checked out all good...which leaves me with retty much fuel...bad injector? pump?
if a coil is bad but still running.........the problem gets worse as rpm goes up. my first checks would be fuel pressure and then checking the coil. sounds like its either running out of fuel or spark.
minimum compression by the book is 135psi with no more than 28psi variation so you are fine there.

Fuel filter is new, also new cap rotor wires and plugs...and i also tried the dizzy from my other civic wich runs perfectly fine...so im pretty sure its not spark...ill get on the fuel psi asap...And it idles fine...wouldnt it have a shitty idle and all with bad timing?? besides the fact of it feeling like a non vtec engine...it doesnt drive shitty either...everythings smooth...til you get to about 6500...wouldnt the timing affect all that if it was off?? it was giving me a code for the vtec solenoid...so once again i swapped it out with my other civic...both solenoids were fine...ended up being a ground for the Oil pressure sensor...no lights since...(about a week) stilll its wierd it threw a code 21 for the solenoid...wouldnt it go with the OPS?
Depending on where you live 5 cranks is not enough. I'm at 6000 ft and have to give it 9 cranks before it tops out.
I would run your engine warm and then do it again with more cranks.
I'm guessing your problem is in the distributor, either the ignitor or just the cap/rotor

do a wet compression test too. squirt some oil into each cylinder before you check the compression. this will give you a more accurate reading. OHHHHHHHHH just happened to think. check the valve lash, if they are way out then the valves wont open enough.........wont let enough air in..........falls on its face as rpm goes up.
