Removing the 3rd brake light leaves a big hole in the rear deck. (5th gen) Is there some kind of plug to cover that? (someone in the itr forum mentioned it) or will I have to find black carpet and fix it up myself?
Any ideas?

Kotetu,
What I ended up doing was buying a replacement rear deck lid that came from the SH model. Since a spoiler is standard on those, there's no rear brake light installed. Majestic Honda happily took my money:

It's product #33415 ("tray assembly R.R").

You can probably nicely cover the hole with stereo carpeting and velco... Haven't tried it, but that's what I would try first and then if that doesn't work out, get the SH deck lid.
