Default B20B into 1990 Integra question

I recently swapped a jdm b20b into my integra which is obd0. I used my stock ecu and harness, i noticed that there is two plugs with no where to go hanging in the back of the head. The motor starts up fine and idles ok, hasnt been fully test driven yet. Am i going to run into any problems because of these 2 plugs or should it be fine? There is no CEL also

I got this one
I believe one of them is for a knock sensor/no worries-
Are the wires together?pics?
The other may be for your fan? did you run it for a lil bit and see if your fan came on? i had to modify mine for it to work, and it's in a 90 da chassis..
I've found it easiest just to wire it up to a switch

no prob hoped that helped..i been there btw, you're gonna LOVE that torque anything else lemme know
I would advise not to have the fan on 24/7 unless you plan on changing your
engine bays color to charcoal,lol..from what i've seen up to a switch with a 30amp inline fuse if perfect
