Hf transmission? Better MPG?

Default Hf transmission? Better MPG?

i've been told that switching out your transmission to a crx hf transmission gets you bettter mpg. is this true? or should I just stick to the si transmission

better mpg but your car will be much much much slower

keeping your foot out of it will net you better mpg. because the hf trans has ultra long gearing gearing you'll feel like you need to give it more gas to get moving, therefore hurting your mpg's.

Your gas mileage is directly related to how hard your foot is on the gas, not always your rpms. If you want better mpg's just keep out of it.
