Has anybody replaced the inner door panel (cloth) (DX, or CX I believe) to vinyl? I am taking about the whole panel to make it similar to the GS-R look. If you have do you remove it and put it back on?

If you're talking about the vinyl or fabric insert that fits on the door panel, then yes, you do have to take it off to get at it. There are plastic rivets that hold that insert onto the door, once you take them off, they break, but you can replace them with nut/bolt/washers.
