Z6 RPM SPIKE

I have a z6 in my 89 Wagon and as soon as i start up the car the RPM shoots and i have to turn the car off. What are some possibilities

massive vacuum leak or the throttle body is stuck open

Number of possibilities.
Vacuum Line Disconnected
Throttle Butterfly stuck open
Vacuum Leak
Throttle Cable too tight
