spark plug removal...

Default spark plug removal...

are the spark plugs supposed to pull out with the spark plug wires? if so...then mine are stuck...help please~

no... the spark plug wires pull out and then you have to use a ratchet, 3 in extension, and a spark plug socket, to get the out but be gental so you dont damage the spark plugs. and when you put them back in take the extension and socket put the spark plug in the socket and the start threading it by hand so you dont cross thread the spark plug, after its hand tyte turn in 1/2 to 1 turn with the ratchet.

nod (shrugs) yeah don't go clockwise when removing um or you might have some big problems.

Also don't tighten them 1 1/2 turns. Use a torque wrench and tighten them to factory specs. I belive it's 14 lb.tq.

wanna know why...cuz im new to hondas and im new to honda motors in general...yea i used to be a ricer...so i didnt pay attention to motor...just looks ...and those days are gone...so now im not a ricer and im looking more towards the motor aspect of the car...is that good enough reason for you?
