You have 15x7 or you want 15x7? Anyway its a good size, usually lightweight and a lot of tire options. Rota Slips 15x7 +40 are 13lbs. Enkei RPF1 15x7 +35 I believe are around 10lbs.

 

It seems like you have more of a tire question, not a wheel question

Most people go with 205/50/15 for 15x7 wheels. I've done a 195/50/15 on a15x7 wheel because that's all I had at the time, and the sidewall looked a little stretched.
