Default car failed emissions

Quick question and opinions please

my 92' civic lx has a stock engine, but the bozo's before me put a set of sohc vtec fuel injectors in it. The car recently failed inspection for high CO levels, which after researching what that meant I found that high CO levels can be caused by a rich fuel mixture. My question is do the vtec injectors add more fuel? or are they same as the dx injectors? any input would be nice, Im bout to buy a set of stock injectors to hopefully fix the issue.

thanks

exact same injectors. zero difference.

that failure is most likely due to a failing O2 sensor.
OR
the same bozos removed your cat...

The injectors are all the same as stated...check if the O2 sensors and/or cat is working. Those are more likely the cause of this problem
