Default accord limp mode

The car itself is not in limp mode the tranny is...? my problem is it takes out in 2nd or 3rd im guessing... shifts all the way up to overdrive as second shift in cycle i downshift manually into 1st or 2nd and it doesnt feel like any downshifting is happening cant remember if 2nd does but 1st does not. I drove this car last night drove great! it had this problem the problem wold come and go it would come and go soooner or faster most of time brought it over to my friends we patched up some wiring so that fixed it for last night.... today i get in it drive it around some and it does this crap again no check engine codes at all... very confusing i never owned a honda before this has been somethin after the other trryin to get this car on the road it runs damn good tranny is having weird spots last night was fixed by patching of wries and today just decides to mess up checked tcm and its fine like i said last night fixed the problem by patching of wries it ran phenomenal and downshifted upshifted sport mode was working as well as economy everything was working as should be was happy with results and now i have no clue. Really not hoping bad torque converter idk this car is weird man... but yea some help would be lovely. like last night car ran so strong tranny down shifted like it was supposed to revved all the way to redline and shifted like it was supposed to i dont see a mechanical issue going on here with the torque converter or anything else tranny wise because it worked phenomenal last niight.
Thanks very much ahead of time.
