where can i get bushing instructions??energy master kit 94 accord
If you are replacing a suspension bushing the old stock ones need to be pressed out. This can not be done with a c-clamp or vice. The engine mount inserts are slip in inserts.
I have th eprothane complete kit, but have only installed the front bushings as of now. Turn in and feel a great, and I did not notice any increased noise or vibration.

I'm using the energy master kit on my rustang, .. i used the 'black' ones because they are injected with graphite to help prevent *squeek*.. I'm told squeeking is a thing of the past with these new formula. Lemme tell ya somethin.. NIGHT AND DAY difference. You definatly get a lil more transmission of road, but its no where near as bad as Delalum bushings.
I have a kit for my Accord, I got it from Suspension.com for lik 79.00... but havnt had time/motivation to install it. Prolly hold off until i can afford some teins.

With aggressive tires and 500 lb spring in front I am worried about losing last 'cushy' feeling item on my car... I like how it rides I don't want to risk that but I have to improve turn and weight transfer.
so you guys pretty much agree that poly bushings are worth it...
