Default D16Z6 into Multiport EE Wagon HELP!

I'm having trouble w/ my D16z6 swap into my 89 EE/EF RT4WD Wagon. My wagon already came w/ multiport so i'm using the stock obd 0 harness w/ the Stock multiport Manifold. I have fuel, spark and the motors cranking, but the injectors arnt being controlled( i think) because they are receiving fuel but not squirting. I can hear the fuel pump priming as well. I'm using the Rywire obd 0 - obd 1 jumper harness, but i think the only problem w/ that, is that it was not made for a multi port fuel injection. So any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

What injectors are you using? OBD1 or OBD0?

OBD 1 injectors.

I just got the car started and running, but its in limp mode cuz it cant pass 3 1/2 and the only codes i have are for V-tec(Cuz its not wired yet) and AT lockup because the motor and ecu are from an automatic. I'm thinking that since these are my only codes that it has to be the AT lockup puttin it in limp. Do you think that if i change the ecu to a manual trans p28 it will clear and take me out of limp?

If you are using OBD1 injectors, you can't have the resister box. If you still have the resister box on the car, just change the injectors back to the OBD0 ones from your old motor.
